Where’s your lawn?
A nearby city is all we need as a climate reference — nothing is uploaded.

Primary window · soil unchecked
Best when weeds/turf are actively growing; allow wait time before seeding.
Soil gate: Soil temp unknown — Using calendar windows only
Why
Removes competition so new tall fescue can establish cleanly.
Steps
- Mow short a few days before spraying if canopy is thick.
- Apply non-selective herbicide on a calm day when turf/weeds are actively growing.
- Keep pets/people off until dry per label.
- Wait 7–14+ days (label + visible die-back) before tilling/seeding.
- Plan a second pass on survivors if needed before seed.

Coverage tip: Spray one full tank on a known patch (e.g. a 20×50 ft rectangle = 1,000 sq ft) and enter that area here — walk speed and nozzle decide this more than the label.
Example mix only — read YOUR product label. Spot vs broadcast rates differ. Many 41% concentrates also list a % solution.
Starting calculator only — confirm concentration and PPE on your product label before mixing. Tank size and coverage save in this browser.
Caveats
- Rates and wait intervals are product-specific — follow the label you buy.
- Avoid drift onto beds and desirable plants.
