Why it helps a lawn renovation

Height and frequency do more for density before and after a reno than any bag you buy. Scalping a new stand kills seedlings.

How to use it

Set cool-season turf at 3–4 inches. Never remove more than a third of the blade in one cut. Sharpen often — torn tips brown and invite disease. On new seed, wait until seedlings reach mowing height and the ground is firm.
